This highly practical class focuses on giving you the key information and practical skills you need to help young people manage stress and anxiety better.
It concentrates on generalised anxiety, social anxiety and panic disorders, but also addresses how to handle anxiety that is a feature of conditions such as autistic spectrum disorder and ADHD.
The approach we'll present offers a fresh perspective on helping young people navigate overwhelming thoughts and emotions, equipping them with practical tools to build resilience and ensure emotional well-being in the exam room, classroom, sports field and beyond.
